Specialist finance broker, VIBE Finance, has announced the appointment of Craig Smith as a trainee specialist mortgage adviser.

Smith (pictured) has a decade of business development experience in London and the South of England.

He will report directly to Kim McGinley, VIBE’s managing director.

She said: “It has always been a goal of mine to take on talented people who have wider business experience but are not from our industry, have no preconceptions and are therefore open minded and willing to learn.

“This has been an extremely difficult year for all of us, but Craig will provide much needed support as VIBE continues to expand. As he learns our business both he and VIBE will benefit, so this is another very positive step forward for us. His appointment demonstrates our commitment to our clients to continue offering a first-class service whilst building a brokerage our employees are proud of.”

Smith added: “Finance is a passion of mine and I am delighted to be joining Kim and the VIBE team. I have been an admirer of the VIBE brand for quite some time. To now have the opportunity to join a business that shares similar values and ambitious goals to myself is extremely exciting.”

In addition, Ellie Coker joins the VIBE team in a sales support role. She comes from an administrative background in mortgages and will provide support to VIBE’s specialist advisers and case managers.
