Accord Mortgages has launched a completely revamped residential website.
The lender said research carried out with intermediaries formed the basis for the new site.
New features include:
- ‘MyAccord’ function – allowing users to personalise the site and prioritise particular pages and tools they use most
- Fully ‘responsive’ – compatible for use on smartphones and tablets as well as laptops and computers
- Customer microsite – clearer distinction between information for brokers and customers
The homepage now contains the latest news on product launches, criteria and policy updates, as well as a service standard feature, which research indicated was “closest to the hearts of most brokers”, Accord said.
Marie O’Reilly, Accord’s marketing manager, said: “We’re delighted with the improvements. We’ve used the feedback from intermediaries to create a fresh new look, which will make it much easier for brokers to navigate and pin point the information they need.
“This is not the end of the process, though. We will continue to develop and update the site to reflect the changing needs of brokers and customers.”
