Mortgage Brain has reported a 21% increase in usage of The Key, its point-of-sale, compliance and CRM system, over the past 12 months.
The Key provides front end point-of-sale, advice and compliance solutions with full back office support including sales pipeline, commission management, reporting and compliance monitoring.
Earlier this year, Mortgage Brain launched a Lender Retail version of the Key, which has been specifically configured to support the new MMR retail sales process.
Aldermore has adopted the new system to support its mortgage advice and sales process, and Mortgage Brain claims that discussions are currently taking place with a number of other lenders.
