The Leeds Building Society has appointed Yvonne Banks as its head of customer experience.
The building society claims the appointment demonstrates its “commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything it does”.
Her role entails bringing colleagues across the business together to create joint goals towards improving the experience for the Society’s customers.
“I have 10 years’ experience in customer experience management, and am extremely passionate about customers – listening to what they are telling us, understanding the drivers behind it and sharing that across the business,” she said.
“I am responsible for developing and driving the customer experience strategy across the Society’s distribution channels, and this is a great opportunity to make the Society an even more customer centric place.”
