Jean-Yves Muylle, the head of retail financial services and consumer policy at the European Commission (EC), will be the guest speaker at the next Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) dinner.
The eighth annual dinner will be held on 14 June at Plaisterers Hall, in the City of Londo and will be sponsored by Abbey for Intermediaries.
Muylle will discuss, among other issues, the directive on credit agreements relating to residential property and the changes needed to deliver a better mortgage market.
Robert Sinclair , director at AMI, said: “AMI is an organisation that has always prided itself in promoting proactive thinking and debate. We are therefore delighted to welcome Jean-Yves Muylle to provide his thoughts on the EC’s intentions on policy areas of key importance to members.
