CRM and mortgage management platform, Mortgage Magic, is to provide mortgage and protection brokerage Access Financial Services with a new back office system with full front end integration.
Access employs 60 advisers and has growth plans to double its adviser count over the next year.
The new system will provide a compliant ‘enquiry to completion’ process accessible from any location by advisers and support staff as well as forming the central hub through which the client base can be proactively managed and protected.
